The Tenku Tourist Trains

The Tenku Tourist train is a observation train which operates between Hashimoto stn and Gokurakubashi stn. “One View” seat which look around the mountain scenery and observation deck car will entertain passenger's trip. Moreover this is the only train that provides unique observation space by a private Railway Company in Japan.

Ajikan meditation
Ajikan
is a form of Shingon meditation which seeks to integrate the practitioner with the Buddha. It was introduced to Japan by Kukai.
You begin by “centering” yourself, then you “watch your breath,” and gradually allowing yourself to enter into a state of slow, rhythmic breathing and relaxation.
This kind of meditation is very easy to form, so not only for monks but also for ordinary people can participate.

Shakyo

Shakyo is the practice of tracing passage from sutras.

After tracing, priest will burn your paper which is the belief of sending your wish to Buddha. (Tourist can't see the burning seen)

Also, it is Ok to take back to home for souvenir.

Shabutsu

Shabutsu is the practice of tracing the shape of the Buddha on paper.

The more you concentrate on tracing, the more it heightens the senses.

The absence of linguistic requirements means shabutu is a popular activity among non-Japanese visitors to Koyasan.
